Our history
Having his first job in construction at the age of 14, Dan Morse cannot remember a time when he did not have a passion to be in the construction industry in one form or another. Beginning his own business in 1975 proved to be a true challenge for Dan while he attended college full time and built custom cabinets in the basement of his home.
Dan maintained the cabinet business while expanding into residential and small commercial construction with his brother, Randy. Together, they began pursuing the retail construction industry in 1981.
Working with a large mall developer they completed their their first retail build-outs for Famous Footwear, Jones of New York, and Northwest Fabric.
As it is said, the rest is history...
